A growing organisation with no shared standard.

OnePointHealth is a health services organisation running several departments across allied health and community care. It had grown steadily over a number of years, taking on new services and locations as it went, without matching that growth with much investment in how it presented itself. Each department had drifted into its own way of doing things — a different tone here, a slightly different take on the logo there — leaving OnePointHealth hard to read as one organisation from the outside, and with nothing for staff to point to internally when they needed to know how the brand was meant to work.

The organisation already had a logo and a colour palette, but lacked the structure to make those elements mean something consistently. The deeper issue was language: the same services were described differently from one department to the next, and the voice on patient materials rarely matched the website or the more formal reporting.

We worked with the OnePointHealth leadership team to audit the existing brand and set out how it should be applied, producing a comprehensive set of brand guidelines covering logo usage and colour through to typography and photography direction. Alongside the visual side, we developed a brand language framework giving the organisation a defined tone of voice and a clear message for each of its core service areas, written as a practical working reference so people would actually reach for it day to day.

OnePointHealth now presents as one organisation, whoever happens to be producing the material.
