Case study · Hospitality
Four venues. One brand standard. How we took Falcone Hospitality from inconsistent ad hoc design to a centralised creative retainer.
Context
Falcone Hospitality operates four venues across Sydney: Red Cow Hotel, The Office Hotel, Eastern Creek Tavern, and The Haymarket Hotel. Each venue has its own identity and audience, but they all sit under the Falcone group.
When we first started working with Falcone, the engagement was ad hoc. Individual design jobs, one at a time. The venues were producing their own artwork independently, which meant inconsistent formats and no shared standard across locations.
Problem
Staff with no design background were creating promotional material because there was no alternative process. Every event poster and social graphic was a one-off. The time venue licensees spent on design was time taken away from running their businesses, and the Falcone brand was fragmenting with every piece of collateral that went out the door.
Outcome
We now manage all artwork creation for Falcone Hospitality across all four venues.
The process runs through a centralised intake system built in Monday.com. Venue licensees brief work through a single form and collect finished files from the same place. We create artwork on a near-daily basis and maintain regular check-ins with the team to stay ahead of upcoming requirements and keep the workflow efficient.
What changed is operational. Venue staff no longer produce design work. The brand holds together across every location. And the relationship continues to evolve. We've delivered brand refreshes beyond the regular design retainer and migrated the entire workflow from scattered email threads to Monday.com. We continue to refine the process as the group grows.
Falcone's team runs their venues. We handle how those venues look.

We begin every project with a paid discovery engagement. If that's not the right fit, we're probably not either.
